DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what this business would receive. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my best friend who had just given birth because I live out of state and wanted to send her something special during such an important moment. The business took my payment, but the flowers were never delivered. To make matters even worse, there was virtually no way to contact anyone for help. The phone number did not work, I was unable to reach an actual person to resolve the issue. It is incredibly frustrating when a company accepts your money and then becomes completely unreachable. I feel completely scammed and deeply disappointed. What should have been a thoughtful surprise for a new mom turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I would never trust this florist with another order, especially for an important occasion. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money by ordering elsewhere.

I placed an order with this establishment May 9th with them requesting I add an additional delivery fee so it can arrive on Mother’s Day May 10th Sunday. I understand delays happen but this completely defeated the purpose of the gift and caused a major inconvenience. I was told to dispute it with my bank. Happy Mothers Day everyone.

NOT A REAL BUSINESS, definitely got scammed out of my money. Ordered flowers to be delivered and never received it. Spent $80 for these. When you call to get in touch with someone, their phone isn't in service. My bad for not looking at reviews first, and my bad for wanting to support local.

The absolute worst service I have received. First, I ordered flowers yesterday for a very special occasion. They were supposed to be delivered same day as I paid $110 for “Large” arrangement with taxes and delivery. The florist called my fiancé to ask if she was expecting flowers instead of calling me. She told my fiancé that she is running behind schedule and will have to deliver the flowers the next day at 9am. No flowers received. I called and she said she will be here between 12-1:00. Of course nothing. So I called her and she said she was on her way. She litterary didn’t arrive until almost 3:00 to deliver flowers. She showed up at our door with the smallest arrangement and I said I ordered “Large” and she said because if Mothers Day this is what she had. I am extremely disappointed and I requested that this arrangement be picked up and I want a full refund. Do not use this business because you will not get what you expected.

So I placed an order with a 3rd party company, and they contacted this place for my replacement order. The original amount I paid was $77 from the 3rd party. I guess they discounted it and failed to discuss that with me. this company was set to do $64 bouquet. Umm. This is not a $64 bouquet of flowers. I am very disappointed from both of these companies will never do business with either of them again. These flowers look so depressing. They were supposed to be for a birthday gift. Horrible!
